Q: I'm an IBO Network Member, but I can't login.
A: If you are an IBO Network Member, but you cannot login, click the LOST PASSWORD link next to the login area.  You will be provided a way to reset your account login information.
Q: I'm seeing strange characters or layout problems, why?
A: Make sure you are using the latest version of your browser.  We suggest Internet Explorer or Firefox.  Turn off any pop-up blockers and make sure your security software allows ibonetwork.com access to the Internet.
Q: Is the IBO Network available in other languages?
A: Yes.  This is an option for Members in the IBO Network Member's Office.
