DEFINITION
The IBO Network is a service of IBO Network Corporation, an Illinois-based corporation. The IBO Network is an independently owned and operated business and social collaboration network system developed to provide professional business support, education, and assistance to independent business owners (IBOs) who are engaged in a Network Marketing (Multi-Level Marketing) opportunity.

ASSOCIATION
Neither IBO Network, the IBO Network Corporation, nor any of it's officers or owners are affiliated with any network marketing company, business, or opportunity. The IBO Network is an independent, privately-owned corporation.

ENDORSEMENT
Neither IBO Network, the IBO Network Corporation, nor any of it's officers or owners officially endorse any network marketing company, business, or opportunity. The IBO Network recommends that anyone engaged in a network marketing opportunity due their own, independent research into that opportunity prior to getting involved.

IBO NETWORK MEMBERSHIP
Users of the IBO Network are part of the IBO Network "Membership" and are referred to as "Members." Membership does not include or entitle any Member to any ownership rights or privileges. Membership requires agreement with the IBO Network Membership Agreement. Members are simply customers of the IBO Network and IBO Network Corporation.

PARTNERS
The IBO Network partners with third-party entities to provide extended services and products to the IBO Network membership. Information is shared with third-party entities in the normal course of business operations.

WARRANTEES & GUARANTEES
Neither IBO Network, the IBO Network Corporation, nor any of it's officers or owners provide any warrantees or guarantees on the usefulness, use, effectiveness of the IBO Network or related or offered services and products. IBO Network Members use the IBO Network "as is."

PRIVACY POLICY

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
The IBO Network collects information on Members in order to create a membership account and provide services and products. This information is not sold, shared, or distributed to any outside entity other than authorized third-party entities who are IBO Network Partners. The IBO Network takes every reasonable precaution to protect our membership's personal information.

In most cases, membership activity is logged or recorded to analyze statistics of the IBO Network and it's use. This information may be shared or published as a collective to promote the IBO Network or for other purposes. No individual membership statistics are shared that include any member's personal information or identity.

The IBO Network realizes the importance to keep our membership's personal information secure. It is our goal to take every reasonable precaution to protect our membership's personal information.
